Ailment is an action-adventure game in a fantasy setting, combined with horror. Players will have to go to a spaceship and try to survive in difficult conditions, among many enemies. The action takes place on the ship where the incident occurred. Users will play as a mercenary who woke up after a week-long coma - he saw that everyone he knew had become enemies. It is necessary to figure out what happened to the ship and why the crew turned into killers.

The gameplay is based on standard mechanics for the genre: exploring the ship, finding answers to questions, fighting opponents, collecting loot, surviving and leveling up the character;
