The plot of Dead or School tells the story of a zombie apocalypse, as a result of which the infected have taken over almost every corner of the world. Those who survived are forced to go underground, where real cities were built. In one of these settlements, a girl Hisako lives, dreaming of friends and school. She decided to take a train and head to the surface to find what she didn't have.
