Guns, Gore and Cannoli 2 is a direct sequel to the first part, the events begin immediately after the final frame, but now the main characters have gone very far and death is waiting around every corner.

Traditional arcade platformer gameplay, where the player advances through the level by shooting the enemies he encounters.
An interesting story that began in the first part of the game, promises an absolutely mind-blowing epilogue.
