Otokiyome is a 1st person horror game based on one of the YouTube series. The protagonist is an unnamed villager, somewhere in the wilderness of Japan, who receives a mysterious package from a courier. Inside, he finds a personal computer with an unexpected guest calling himself "the end of all gods that have ever existed". To uncover the mystery and understand what kind of game is going on, the hero is forced to follow the instructions of a mysterious character.
