Prince of Persia: Warrior Within takes place almost immediately after the events of the first part of the series. But now the Prince has to fight with an opponent whose forces are truly powerful. The hand of fate is cruel and its herald follows the hero. The only way to escape is to travel back in time to prevent the Sands of Time from appearing. The second part has become much darker, and the Prince has turned from an inexperienced beginner into a cold-blooded killer who goes to his goal no matter what.

Trying to change the past

Evolution of the hero. From a green adventurer, the character turned into a skilled killer.
A lot of new weapons and innovations in the combat system, for example, now the hero can fight with several blades at the same time.
Both the graphics and physics engines have been improved, making battles much more impressive.
