Total Anarchy: Pavilion City is a top-down shooter with an incredible atmosphere and an open game world, set in a late nineties setting. The events take place in the city of Pavilion City, which used to be a prosperous metropolis, but at one point plunged into chaos, where a power struggle between three gangster groups has begun. As for the protagonist, he managed to cross the path of three organizations at once, as a result of which their attention is focused on the protagonist.
