Trek to Yomi is a side-scrolling arcade platformer with action elements that delves into the story of swordsman Hiroki. He promised to protect his home and people from outside attacks. Thus another day of life turned into a tragedy that turned a young boy's life upside down, because of which he had to go on a long journey, where events alternated on the edge of life and death. The action takes place in medieval Japan, when lawlessness was rampant on the streets and bandits were doing their dirty deeds without fear of punishment.
