Road Z: The Last Drive is an arcade racing action game in which the gameplay is reduced to passing a long road through hordes of zombies. According to the plot, the hero receives a vaccine from Dr. Lactus, which will help save the world, but it needs to be delivered to a laboratory in Washington, after passing through the territory of the United States.

Movement takes place at checkpoints, if you did not survive, broke down or ran out of fuel - start with the last successfully saved point;
